Are you struggling to figure out what, when and how much to eat for your training regimen?

During this 60-minute nutrition consultation I will ask you a bunch of questions about your personal goals, body type, current nutrition, current challenges, health conditions or symptoms, physical demands of your sport, recovery practices, etc.
Within a few days, I will send you a thorough and highly customized report which includes:
- my recommendations for additional foods or supplements to include
- my recommendations foods to avoid that may be hindering your performance
- estimates for total calorie intake on training days vs. non-training days
- guidelines for a macronutrient ratio that would work best for your metabolism and body type
- strategies for adapting to the off-season
- recommended lifestyle changes to improve mindset, recovery and quality of training
