The “Athlete for Life” program is a transformative 12-week journey designed for adult athletes who want to stay strong, agile, and vibrant as they age. The program includes bi-weekly live coaching calls for personalized guidance and expert insights, a private community for ongoing support and accountability, and access to comprehensive resources like mobility routines, strength training templates, nutrition guides, and recovery tools.

You’ll learn how to optimize your training, fuel your body, and build sustainable habits that prioritize longevity, resilience, and peak performance—all alongside a supportive team of like-minded athletes.

The Athlete for Life online community is hosted on the free Nudge app, an intuitive platform designed to keep participants connected, motivated, and accountable. You can download this app on your smartphone or tablet, or login using your computer’s web browser.

Within the app, you’ll have access to a private group of like-minded athletes where you can share wins, ask questions, and celebrate progress. The platform allows for seamless interaction, goal tracking, and exclusive access to program updates, resources, and challenges. With its user-friendly design, Nudge will help you stay connected with me and your fellow athletes, which will ensure that you are engaged and supported throughout your journey, making it easy to stay on track and build lasting habits.

This is also where you can find details on the bi-weekly calls (including schedule and topics that will be addressed), recordings, videos and PDFs.  These resources will help you stay on track with your goals, and to track progress during the monthly challenges.

For VIP members, you’ll have an exclusive community just for you to ask questions and receive personalized feedback from me. This is also where you’ll have access to your weekly meal plans and strength & conditioning programs.

After the 12-weeks is over, you will have access to this community and your content for 1 year.  That way you can continue to stay in touch with your fellow members, ask questions, share progress and revisit the program content as often as you’d like.

Your private 45-minute Game Planning session will be scheduled once you enroll in the program and will ideally be scheduled prior to your first live group session. 

Group coaching calls are live and will be hosted on Thursday evenings at 6:00pm (MST) every other week.  If the number of attendees becomes too large to be productive, I will add another time slot. 

I will be using Zoom Meetings for all coaching calls.  Calls will be recorded and shared in the Nudge app. 

The structure of each 1-hour coaching call will be:

  • Check-in: Wins, challenges, and progress (15 minutes)
  • Focused Topic or Workshop: Key topics such as injury prevention, mindset, recovery, nutrition, and personalized training strategies (30 minutes)
  • Q&A and Goal Setting: Collaborative goal refinement and open floor for participant questions (15 minutes)

Your participation in these calls is completely up to you and your comfort level.  Each participant will have a chance to share successes and challenges, and ask questions during the live call.  You can choose to unmute or share in the chat.  Turning on your camera during these calls is encouraged but optional. 

Recordings will be available in your Nudge app for those that are unable to attend live.

You can also expect this time to be a safe and supportive space from both me and your peers.  I take this very seriously.  If I suspect that anyone is not doing this, I reserve the right to ban from future calls and no refunds will be issued.
